• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Tours are held rain or shine.

• Tours begin promptly.

• If you or anyone in your group is not feeling well on the day of your tour (including symptoms of COVID-19 or respiratory illness) or has recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please do not plan on taking the Studio Tour.
